The location was perfect and wonderful and I could use free parking onsite. The room I stayed in was good sized and quiet with comfortable bed.

Location close enough to Convenient to subway, and all shopping centers and restaurants. Also, close to the metro. Super, fairly quiet room with a microwave, a fridge, coffee and tea making equipment. A wide array of great food for meals...

Beds were uncomfortable.

The refrigerator was damaged, yet the kitchen facilities were very useful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The full kitchens in the suites were a game changer for me. It really felt like home, especially with the cozy fireplace for those chilly nights. The location is amazing, surrounded by shopping and restaurants, plus having laundry facilities on-site was super convenient-perfect for anyone with physical handicaps needing accessible amenities.

The loft suite with king and two queen beds was so comfortable and quiet. The gentleman at the front desk were very good, giving us awesome food recommendations. Plus, walking to wal-mart was easy!

The breakfast spread was decent, but not enough for early risers and the coffee was a bit weak. I loved lounging in the cozy lounge area and the garden. It was a nice escape. Just wish there were more cooking tools in the room, but that didn't ruin my stay 😊

Just a solid selection for a city break with good value. The air conditioning unit worked well despite being a bit noisy. Check if any room repairs are needed before settling in.

The hotel had a fantastic location with a beautiful hotel. It was disappointing that the pool was closed during my visit. The suite was spacious with a kitchen, though it could have benefited from more cookware.
